In a word, NO.  This will take the router back to original factory settings, and it will no longer connect to our system.

You can power-cycle the router by unplugging it for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.  Depending on the equipment, give it five minutes and it should hopefully be fixed.

If you continue to have issues, please contact the support desk.

An internet speed test measures how fast your internet connection is. The results show download speed (how quickly data comes to you) and upload speed (how quickly you can send data). Higher numbers are better, as they indicate faster speeds. If the results match or come close to your speed plan, it means your connection is working well.

Fixed internet typically uses a wired connection, like cable or DSL, while fiber internet uses thin glass or plastic strands to transmit data as pulses of light. Fiber is faster and more reliable, like upgrading from a regular road to a superhighway for your internet connection.
