1. Personal Information
- Provided to access the Internet/Wi-Fi Service, including voluntary information such as name, address, credit card number, and email address.
- Collected during PocketZone App installation and account registration, including name, email address, location, and phone number.
2. General Information
- Describes your use of the Internet/Wi-Fi Service, such as IP address, location of use, session length, device type, and websites visited.
- Browser information and session cookies related to your access and use of the PocketZone App.
Use of Information Collected
1. Service Provision and Enhancement
- To grant access to free or paid Wi-Fi services.
- To provide and enhance the PocketZone App, including future releases.
- To improve customer experience (e.g., simplify the logon process) and inform you of products and services available in your area.
2. Legal and Contractual Obligations
- To fulfill PocketiNet Communications’ obligations as described or authorized in the Agreement and this Privacy Policy.
- To enforce PocketiNet Communications’ rights arising from the Agreement between you and PocketiNet Communications.
3. Data Insights and Marketing
- Anonymous or aggregated information (such as user zip codes) and service usage information may be used to improve service offerings or for PocketiNet’s marketing purposes.
- Data insights obtained through correlation and analytics of your collected information, which may be used in aggregated and disaggregated formats or to obtain trend analytics.
Protection of Minors
PocketiNet does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18 through the Wi-Fi Service.
Managing Your Personal Information
You may have a right to correct, update, delete, or request access to the Personal Information that you have provided to us via use of the PocketZone app. To submit a request, please fill out the form by clicking this link.
For your protection, we will only implement requests with respect to Personal Information about you (not anyone else), and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. We may need to retain certain information for record-keeping purposes, as required under applicable legal obligations. And even if you have a right to deletion, some of your information may remain within our systems and other records or archives, in compliance with applicable law.

This transfer is necessary to provide you with the Internet/Wi-Fi Service and to comply with legal requirements.

All information collected in association with your use of the Internet/Wi-Fi Service is protected by physical, electronic, and procedural security safeguards. While PocketiNet takes reasonable measures to safeguard and prevent unauthorized access to your personal and private information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
