FastConnect delivers impressive 5G-powered speeds ranging from 100 Mbps to over 400 Mbps, depending on your signal strength and location. It’s built for streaming, gaming, smart homes, and everything modern internet life demands.

Every FastConnect customer receives two essential devices:

  • The 5G FastConnect Gateway, which connects directly to the 5G network.

  • A 5G FastConnect Ethernet Power Adapter, designed to deliver power reliably over longer Ethernet cable runs, freeing the gateway from nearby wall outlets.

We’ll deliver both to your door—pre-configured and ready to activate.

You’ve got options. Choose self-install if you’re comfortable with basic setup, or opt for our professional installation service if you’d prefer a technician to handle everything. Either way, setup is fast and frustration-free.

5G FastConnect has no annual contracts, no throttling, and no surprise charges. You’ll pay a one-time $99 equipment provisioning fee, and then a simple monthly rate based on the plan you choose.

Many live TV streaming services—like Sling, Hulu + Live TV, and others—use your public IP address to determine your location and show the correct local stations (ABC, NBC, FOX, CBS, etc.). A public static IP doesn’t change, so these services always know where you are.

With a changing or shared IP (common on many 5G and mobile-based internet services), streaming platforms can:

  • Show the wrong city’s local channels

  • Make local channels disappear temporarily

  • Fall back to national feeds only

  • Require repeated troubleshooting or restarts
