PocketiNet Mobile is a simple add-on to your existing PocketiNet internet service. There are no long-term contracts and no device payments through us — just straightforward monthly pricing and local support.

Confirm Eligibility
PocketiNet Mobile is available exclusively to residential customers with active PocketiNet Internet service.
Before proceeding:
- Your internet account must be in good standing
- You cannot be a current T-Mobile customer
- Mobile service must remain bundled with internet service
- If internet service is canceled, mobile service will also be canceled.
Verify Your Device
You must bring your own compatible, unlocked 5G device.
Your phone must:
- Be unlocked (shows “No SIM restrictions”)
- Be 5G compatible
- iPhone 12 or newer
- Android 21 or newer
During your request, you’ll provide your IMEI number so we can confirm compatibility.
Submit Details
To keep your current phone number, you’ll need:
- Current carrier name
- Carrier account number
- Port-out PIN
- IMEI number
- Phone make and model
Providing complete information helps us activate your service faster.
Your request is routed directly to our customer service team for processing.
Activate Service
Once verified, our team will guide you through SIM or eSIM activation.

PocketiNet Mobile requires customers to use their own compatible, unlocked 5G device. We do not sell phones directly—giving you the flexibility to keep the device you already own, or purchase one independently.
