Sales Accounts Executive

Job Summary: The Residential Accounts Executive builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territories.

Salary: $95,000 – $100,000

  • New acquisition sales of PocketiNet Internet, Voice and Surveillance services through door-to-door residential sales. 
  • Generate, close, and follow up on sales and marketing leads. 
  • Team with technical, customer service, and related support staff to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction and thereby drive new revenue growth. 
  • Conduct thorough lead/prospect qualification including proper identification of clients and projects. 
  • Consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects that will yield production levels of monthly quota performance. 
  • Generate new business opportunities via cold calls, referrals, and lead generation. 
  • Prospect, develop, maintain, and close sales opportunities. 
  • Implement and report on a prospecting strategy according to individual territory dynamics on a daily and weekly basis. 
  • Follow up with all prospect and customer inquiries in a timely manner. 
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions. 
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of any current products, services and promos. 
  • Ability to learn and use Microsoft Office (Excel), Teams, CSR and lead generating software. 
  • Maintains relationships with customers and their contributing revenue base by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.)
  • And/or 2+ years of related sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Enthusiastic, flexible and results driven
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, self-starting attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a Team
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels
