Download the PocketZone app from either the [Google Play Store] or [Apple App Store]. Search for Pocketinet Zone to find the correct app.
The PocketZone app is included with your Calix router bundle, as a seamless extenion of your internet security package.
PocketZone support English (default), French Canadian, German, and Spanish. To change the language, go to Settings > Language and select your desired language.
With a Calix GigaSpire Router you can initiate a speed test directly from the PocketZone app, to test your internet connection speed.
From the Home screen, tap:
1. My Network.
2. Tap Bandwidth Test
3. Tap Run Test. After the speed test completes, the results appear in the My Network tile on the Home screen. You'll also see a new notification. Tap the Notification icon to review the speed test results.
